Anger is an emotion that is mostly negative and many times it is an over reaction to a given situation. The word "anger" mostly conjures up a negative feeling inside of us. Maybe it puts your thoughts back to when you were a child and suffered under the anger of a parent or teacher. This could have been normal anger or aggressive anger that taught you to fear the person that was constantly angry with you. You learned to fear their rage and this influenced your whole life.
