Donald Michael Kraig (born 1951 ) is an occult author and ceremonial magician. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in philosophy and studied public speaking and music at other colleges and universities. After a decade of personal study and practice, he taught courses in Southern California on topics including Qabalah, Tarot, Magick, and Tantra. He is the author of the book ”Modern Magick”, which is an introduction to ceremonial magic.

Anaya has worked for years in healing arts using many types of therapies ranging from those related to the physical body to those related to the more subtle and spiritual aspects of Being.

Coming from a family that practiced Kardec Spiritism, Anaya first had contact with the more subtle energies of the Universe through her paternal grandmother, Izabel Romano. Life is Everything It’s Not!

The moment you seek something it flees. The moment you speak a word it dissolves. The moment you view a situation, it shifts. The moment you encounter a person, the probability of ever knowing that person diminishes. Your unwarranted interference disables the relevancy of the truth of which it represents.

You are far removed from the very thought of what you imagine and flaunt. You are the incomprehensible simplicity of nothing. You, acting as the martyred buffer in your relationships, sanctify the image you maintain. {The inviolate MIRROR}

Your life, as you imagine it to be, reveals itself in continued fluctuation. The constant mysterious rhythmic pulsating ebb and flow of the in and out eternal process never ceases.

Neither you, nor your life is what you THINK it to be. “IT” is so far removed from the glorified ideas you attach to it, along with the exaggerated significance.

You want it to matter; it does not. You want to be important in it; you are not. That which supercedes everything is omnificently nothing. We cling to that which is indescribably mysteriously unfathomable as if we might lose it; we can not.

Drawing from the incalculable center point of nothing, to produce the ineffable circumference of everything, we all partake and contribute to this great mystery. What we believe to be one thing is anything but that. In the ever fluid universal gaseous ‘substance of primordial matter encased in energy’, there exists no opposite. We exist because we do not. {Contrary to what we try to force ourselves to believe and prove.} We are not separate from the unified cosmos.

We are the divine dimension of that which is all consuming and ubiquitous. “…in him we move, breathe and have our being.” We are the conclusion of everything which constitutes the origin of nothing. The beginning and the end

When “Yes” appears, “No” immediately links to and with it. All things arise from the nothing that exists before ‘the’ anything manifests. Nothing exists outside of itself in order to incorporate itself. Before “IT” exists, it does not. In other words, NOTHING brings with it everything that can or ever will be.

When the idea forms in your mind that a realm of possibility is available that you are not taking advantage of, or that things could be different from how they currently exist, you are at war with yourself. Nothing includes everything at the precise moment of its unfolding.  Not later. Now.

If you can but begin to digest the magnitude of this statement, you will also be able to absorb the realization that consequences which rise up haphazardly or seem to occur quite randomly are in fact sequentially ordered and structured according to the necessity of the whole. Nothing is out of order nor can it be.

The idea that any circumstance in your present life can be altered in any way is fictitious and absurd. Things are how they are, regardless. IF it’s not on your path, you can’t have it.

In the futile efforts and outrageously self-defeating attempts you arrange to change something about you, the other or any existing situation, you are but merely shouting ostentatiously loud/clear while reinforcing the crystallized fact that you don’t want to participate in your life as it is unfolding. Makes no difference whether you want to or not, you WILL go through the ‘situation’ allotted to and for you.

You are acting like a spoiled brat whining and pining about the so-called hardship and/or dislike/disapproval of present details enmeshed. But, the involvements (relationships) in your situation have been precariously selected to perform a multifarious function not unlike the liver which enables the heart to pump purified blood. The act of purification is a vital component of your animated deluge.

You erroneously believe there is another set of circumstances you may join or create. {Much better to your specific liking or more adjacent to your elevated stature.} False.

You must walk through the seemingly barren to reach that which you deem productive. The hideously alluring hypnotizing notion that you can do something ‘different’ other than what you are currently doing is notoriously debilitating. In defense, you rise up in jabbing declaration: “But, I am not happy nor are my talents being utilized. I am not appreciated, acknowledged for who and what I really am. He/she doesn’t love me like I deserve to be loved. I’m suffocating here; I feel like a dry piece of wood. I need more money and if I leave (doing something else) I can get more money. I’m not doing anything. I’m not following my passion or reaching my potential. My talents are being wasted. I need to be free to pursue what I love.” Bull shit! Everybody’s got a story, so what? You absolutely can not leave a situation until it is time. {For lack of better word}

Don’t let your eyes betray you. What you are currently observing is NOT what is going on. Furthermore, you are incapable of dissecting the events laid before you. Unable to draw an unpolluted unself-serving breath, you are incapable of dissecting the self-gratifying emotionally laden dramatic scenario. You do not possess adequate faculties to interpret the true meaning of the present situation. Your vision is distorted, colored and biased. Your personal intent is tainted.

Though you are incapable of changing one iota of anything that is going on in your present life, IF you were, ‘WOE’ would be the outcome; you remain belligerent. Your attention span is varicose and blemished. You say you desire a thing but before it can be manifested, you have moved onto another interest. You are delirious in your gluttonous appetites and vain imaginings. You are vicious and unabated in your thirst for power, influence and control. You call it ‘love’ but make no mistake about it, the “…heart of man is continually evil.”

Far more is happening than you are in a position to diagnose. Those very aspects, you deem as restricting are in fact, the ones that will liberate you. You are not seeking freedom for yourself but from yourself.

Life appears to be a game of picking and choosing: either ‘this’ or ‘that’ but in actuality, no differentiation avails itself. You are in the midst of the unveiling of yourself in fullness. Without the various privilege of interacting in/with the components in your everyday existence, exactly and precisely, as they unfold, you would in no wise reap the benefits associated.

Though you think you have chosen either one thing or another, all things come from the same stew of ‘life’s inexplicable cycled experience’, par excellence! THIS is as good as it gets.

NO- thing is left out, delayed, diminished, or disrupted. You are definitely NOT being cheated out of anything. Should you make a move in any direction to try to improve your lot, you will inevitably meet the same ‘demon’ of rapacious recompense. Remember: you do nothing except for self-benefit. And, until the ‘wheel’ has turned for you to move on to the next step of your spiraling adventure, you will meet the same occurrences in a different set of people, places and events.

That which you are to experience will be brought to your feet to prod. Your specifically designed journey is conducive to your ‘point in the pattern.’ You, as an individual entity are forever unfolding. You, nor your life, are static. You are simply unable to detect the minuscule fragments of imperceptible evolvement. IF you were able to see it, “IT” didn’t occur.

There is no way to “KNOW” yourself except by and through the relationships established and maintained in your current existence. The patterns held and displayed in these so-called ‘sacred scientific earth experiments’ are the material of alchemical exaltation. All events are designed for pleasure but you must eradicate the idea of your thinking you know what true pleasure entails. Authentic pleasure incorporates and manifests joy in the broadest of terms, by the mere act of eliminating a preference for it. In other words, you are prevented from discerning a verifiable desire in order to experience the event. What you ascertain as a true want or desire is merely a distraction to elicit or impede, depending upon the necessity of the circumstances.

Since you can only be generated by/from a falsely manufactured impetus to fulfill a basic sense of lack, the result can be nothing but an excess of the deficiency. This ill-defined motivation is doomed from the beginning because in all actuality you do NOT lack anything, ever.

Your life is perfect exactly and precisely as it is. Period. Denial, dismissal, or denigration of the present involvement signifies either you are trying to escape the lessons offered {because you are unwilling to deal with YOU as you are being revealed through the current involvements and relationships at hand}, or you are anxiously impatient to make the environment better because it does not fulfill the emptiness you experience. You are unappreciative of the face of ‘holiness’ being presented. It is not as you expected. The mask appears ugly, distorted and selfish. A deep sense of unworthiness has pervaded your being resulting in rage, guilt, or defiance.

You erroneously believe there are things in the outer world that can alleviate your barrenness. Nope. You imagine yourself to be someone other than who you are. There is absolutely no other way to learn, remember and come to know who you are other than to fully and completely interact and involve yourself in and at the level of your present situation. There is no better or worse place to be. Peer deeply into yourself {as revealed in your relationships} without prejudice or bigotry.

Accept the ‘this is it’ and see the pattern of incognito disguises resolved in yourself through the interactions.

To discover the ultimate pleasure available and total soul’s fulfillment, you can not do anything else other than what you are currently doing, this instant. There are no other choices available to you. Stop running yourself crazy by deluding your mind with all sorts of irreconcilable fantasies and irrelevant daydreams. You are living the ONLY dream you could ever envision!

You have no choice but to follow the ‘ordinary’ events in the run of a day as shown. In these will you discover the extraordinary magic of your life. There is no other option or alternative. No other place to look.

When you voice aloud you want something other than what you have, you are simply trying to escape a pattern not necessarily comfortable or familiar to you, or one of which you have grown bored and tired of. Either way, you are not being present for your life. You can’t possibly see what’s there right before you, unless you shut your eyes. Listen with your eyes; see with you ears.

You are far too concerned with results without realizing the ‘seed’ of likeness produces the tree of enmity and will not do otherwise. When you are in agreement with the whole, you do not divide sections into good and bad. Embrace the ‘Nothing’ in your days. For in the No-things will you discover, unleash, and celebrate all there is, has been or ever will be. “many mansions…if it were not so, I would have told you.”

Beginners Guide to Developing your psychic abilities. You can be your own psychic!

As a teacher, I hear people constantly saying they don’t have any psychic abilities, yet invariably when I start to question them about their life experiences, they always have stories about hunches, thoughts or ideas they’ve had. Some will mention getting butterflies in their stomach when they think about about certain things.

They don’t seem to realize that these hunches and things ARE psychic abilities. Everyone has psychic abilities. You may not know HOW they work and it may seem they don’t work for you, but that is another story entirely and it does not change the fact that you are psychic..

The first step to developing your psychic abilities is to accept you already have the ability. You may not know exactly how to use it, or you may not be using it to its fullest capabilities, but it is there. You MUST accept the fact that as long as you deny your psychic abilities, they will not work for you.

Chances are pretty good that you really don’t mean to say you don’t have any psychic abilities. You may suspect you do or hope that you do, but you haven’t seen enough to feel 100% comfortable admitting you have them yet. Probably because our society is so into wanting to see proof.

People tend to think that if a person admits they have psychic abilities, it automatically means they should be able to immediately tell you what is going to happen tomorrow. Rarely will you find someone with their psychic abilities that finely tuned.

As a comparison, think about cooking. Just about everyone can do some basic cooking even if it is nothing more than heating up a can of soup. But few people are capable of cooking a gourmet meal. If a teenager tells mom, “we learned to cook today”, mom is not going to expect the girl to cook a 6 course meal for supper tonight.

The vast, VAST majority of people are in the heating up a can of soup stage with their psychic abilities. They are not capable of telling you what is going to happen tomorrow, but that does not mean they don’t have psychic abilities.

How Psychic Abilities Work

No one can 100% for sure say exactly how psychic abilities work. We have ideas but our current level of scientific knowledge is not able to verify (test and measure) what we think is happening. Technology is getting closer and closer to being able to test and measure it, but we are not there yet.

To understand psychic abilities, you have to get down to basic science. Mainly two rules. 1) Everything is composed of energy. 2) Energy never dies. It may mutate, but never dies.

Our thoughts are energy, we use energy when we move our fingers over the keyboard. When we breathe out we move the air around and moving air is another form of energy.

How do we measure energy? Different types of energy are measured in different ways to make them easier for our human minds to understand, but when you get it down to the basic level, energy flows in waves and it is those waves we can measure.

Some things put out huge waves of energy and others put out tiny waves. Think about the electricity that flows through the wires in your home. As long as it is in those wires nothing happens. It’s when they electricity comes out of the wires that things get interesting.

If we have a machine of some sort hooked up to the electricity, it powers the machines and things are fine. But what happens when a human being is touching the end of the wire where the electricity comes out of it? To simplify it let’s just say electricity puts out BIG waves that are easily measured by todays technology.

How much energy do you produce when you blow air out of your mouth? You can probably easily create enough energy to blow out the candles on your birthday cake, but can you, by yourself produce enough energy to turn a wind turbine? Of course not, and obviously the waves of energy you produce when blowing out those candles is not nearly as strong as the waves electricity causes but we are technologically advanced enough that we measure the energy you produce.

Your thoughts also produce waves of energy. Our current technology can measure the thought waves inside our head, but we have not reached the point with our technology to be able to measure a persons thought waves from across the room. The waves are there, we just don’t have the technology to measure it yet. Does the fact that we can not measure the waves from across the room mean they don’t exist? Of course not!

Psychic Abilities Pick up those waves

Every thought we think, every sound we make, every movement we make, everything we do is constantly putting out little amounts of energy and we know that energy never dies so all these thoughts etc., etc., are still there, but our currently technology does not allow us to scientifically measure all this energy.

But the Universal Power that designed and built us and everything else built within us the fantastic ability to pick these energies. I tend to look at it like this. The energy being put out by our thoughts, movements, actions and everything else that makes life so wonderful could be called the “music of the Universe”.

Our bodies, the magnificent machines that they are, were designed to be a receiver of that beautiful music.

As you realize, different brands and models of machines work differently. Some work better than others. Some get damaged over time and some simply break down from lack of use or even over use. How well you receive that beautiful music depends on the shape your receiver is in.

Repairing your Psychic Abilities Receiver

The question then becomes how do you personally repair your receiver? There is no doubt you were designed to be able to receive the Universal Music of life, but somewhere along the line your receiver got broke. It may be off channel and we just need to turn the knobs a little. Or you may have blown a few fuses someplace in the machinery and we’ve got to dig around till we find and replace them.

Rest assured however if you are willing to work at it, you can develop your psychic abilities.

The next step, Learning to Listen

If you are still reading at this point, I hope you have accepted the first step to developing your psychic abilities, believing you have psychic abilities. If not, don’t go any further. Go immediately to our forum http://sotall.org/smf/ and ask for help. If you can not accept you already have psychic abilities, you will never have psychic abilities and there is no reason for you to go any further.

If you have accepted the fact that you are psychic, then the next step to increasing your psychic abilities is to “Learn to Listen”. How often to you stop and just listen to the world around you? If you listen intently enough, you can hear many wondrous things.

You can hear the winds voice foretelling the rain is on it’s way. You can heard frogs and crickets off in the distance and if you get really good, you can hear and feel the rhythm of the earth itself and the sounds of the Universe can flow like water across your skin.

In my local classes, I always make my students take 10 minutes every day to stop and just listen. I don’t care if you live in the noisiest city in the world, all the man made noises can be tuned out and you can hear the rhythm of the earth with a marching band going down the street if you try hard enough.

If you are not willing to give 10 minutes a day to listen, then please drop out of any classes or group I am teaching because you are waisting my time and your time.

You will find that the little 10 minutes a day will be something you soon start to look forward to and almost crave on a regular basis. That little 10 minutes will calm your nerves, de-stress your body and start opening your psychic abilities up more than any one thing you will ever do. But it MUST be on a regular basis. It can not be done just occasionally.

I take a little time each night (I try for 30 minutes when possible), go out on my back deck and just sit and look at the stars. If there are any noises around that bother me, I start mentally shutting them off, one by one until all I can hear are the sounds of nature.

Once nature has relaxed me, I start expanding my hearing to the sky. Listening to the stars and the moon, letting my receiver zero in on the energy a specific star is sending out. Feeling it pulsate within my very being.

Practice Makes Perfect

Once you have the two basic first steps down, it is all a matter of finding out how you personally receive information. You may find you are great at psychokinesis and suck at ESP (or visa versa). Some people have one skill that will bloom this week and next week something else comes to the forefront and they never know exactly which skill is working the best at any one time.

The only way to figure out your personal abilties is to practice. Exercises your abilities. They are much like muscles that get weak from lack of use and must be exercised to make strong.
